welcome to

Avina India

At Avina India, we are committed to driving innovation and excellence in engineering to pave the way for a sustainable future. We aim to support all engineering efforts to develop Avina’s green hydrogen projects worldwide. Green hydrogen is a key solution to address climate change and energy sustainability challenges.

Addressing India's Decarbonization Needs

India faces significant challenges in reducing carbon emissions and transitioning to sustainable energy sources. As a clean and versatile energy carrier, green hydrogen holds immense potential to address these challenges. Avina India is at the forefront of this effort, focusing on the following key areas:

Large-Scale Green Hydrogen Projects:
We are actively involved in developing large-scale green hydrogen projects in India. These projects can revolutionize energy production and consumption, significantly reducing carbon emissions.
Derivative Products:
Besides green hydrogen production, we are working on developing derivative products and technologies. These innovations will diversify the use of green hydrogen and enhance its economic viability.

Export-Oriented Approach

Our strategy is not limited to serving domestic needs alone. Avina India has an export-oriented perspective aligns with the Government of India's vision to become a prominent global player in the green hydrogen market. Our commitment to export aligns with the following goals:

Government Vision:
We share the vision of the Government of India to make the country a hub for green hydrogen and derivatives export. Avina India actively contributes to this endeavor by developing projects that can be scaled up for international markets.
Global Impact:
By exporting green hydrogen and its derivatives, we aim to impact the global transition to clean energy significantly. Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond national borders, and we strive to be a key contributor to global decarbonization efforts.

National Green Hydrogen Mission

The National Green Hydrogen Mission aims to turn India into a global hub for generating, utilizing, and exporting green hydrogen and its derivatives. This will aid India's transition to energy independence and the decarbonization of key economic sectors.
Sectors of focus include refineries, iron and steel, cement, fertilizers, and heavy-duty trucking.
Over 8 lakh crore of green hydrogen investments are expected by 2030, per government estimates.

The initial outlay for the Mission will be Rs.19,744 crore, including an outlay of -
- Rs.17,490 crores for the SIGHT program
- Rs.1,466 crores for Pilot Projects
- Rs.400 crores for R&D
- Rs. 388 crores towards other mission components
